Terms and conditions
1. Entry Fee Required
Participation in this raffle requires a $15 entry fee per spot. No free entries or alternative entry methods are available. Only participants who have paid the entry fee before all spots are filled will be eligible.
2. Limited Entry Spots
There is a limit of (100) entries available. Once all spots are claimed and payments are received, the raffle will be closed, and no further entries will be accepted.
3. Prize Details
The prize is one (1) Starlight Headliner installation (valued at approximately $1500). The winner is responsible for bringing their vehicle to Auto Addicted Details for the installation. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected at random using an online randomizer or another fair method. The drawing will be conducted live on instagram (Auto_Addicted_Details) or another designated platform. The winner will be notified via direct message and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize.
5. No Refunds
All entries are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of outcome. If the raffle does not fill all available spots, the raffle may be canceled, and entry fees will be refunded.
6. Entry Eligibility
Participants must be able to bring their vehicle to Auto Addicted Details for installation. This raffle is not affiliated with Snapchat, Instagram, or any other platform.
7. Acknowledgment of Informal Operation
This raffle is not a legally registered lottery or sweepstakes. By entering, you acknowledge that this is a private, social media-based giveaway and agree to participate at your own discretion. Auto Addicted Details assumes no liability for any disputes arising from participation.
